William L. Perrin

William Linn "Bill" Perrin, 79, of South Beloit, IL, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025 in his home after a courageous 10-year battle with prostate cancer. He was born on October 23, 1945 in Platteville, WI, the son of Lloyd and Lois (Bell) Perrin. Bill was a 1963 South Beloit High School graduate. He married Terri Ring on November 26, 1983 in Beloit, WI. Bill began his career at McCleary's before becoming Vice President of Manufacturing at Wisconsin Pretzel and later served as a Rural Post Carrier for the Roscoe Post Office. He had a creative spirit and found joy in creating floral arrangements and visiting the cemetery to honor his family. Bill especially loved decorating his home during the holidays. He was a devoted husband, loving father, caring provider, and a second dad to many in his family. Bill will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Survivors include his wife, Terri Perrin; children, Jolyn (Tami) Perrin, "fav" Andrea (Abby Holton) Perrin, and Jamie (Kendall Jones) Perrin; grandchildren, Micaiah, Kelaiah, Kai, and Adalynn; sisters, Goldie Peterson, Jean Suing, and Judy Virgin; brother, Larry Perrin; many nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law, Jim (Debbie) Ring. Bill was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Dorman, Carson, Jimmy, and Bobby Perrin; sister, Phyllis Wright; in-laws, Jack and Georgia Ring; brothers-in-law, Earl Virgin, DuWayne Suing, Dick Peterson, and Joe Samp; and sisters-in-law, Eileen Perrin and Betsy Perrin. A Funeral Service for Bill will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd., Beloit, WI. Burial will be in Rockton Cemetery. Visitation of Remembrance will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Thursday in the funeral home.
