ANNA L. PROKITY HOFFMAN, Anna Lee Prokity Hoffman, 95, of Charleston, WV, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2025. To honor Anna's remarkable life and the impact she had on so many, a memorial service will take place at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Christ Church United Methodist, located at 1221 Quarrier Street, Charleston, WV. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to HospiceCare of WV: https://www.hospicecarewv.org/ .
