Billy was a special friend. We shared fond memories of our childhood years living in Ward, WV, where his dad was the store manager. He always reminded me that my sister, Sue, was his babysitter! I will always remember him with much fondness! Welcome home dear friend!

Billy had such a kind heart. SAHS will always have an Angel looking down watching over them at every practice and every game. He touched so people´s lives and you will never be forgotten. I still have a leather bracelet with my name embossed on it that Billy made many many years ago. RIP Billy Red Dragon Legion

Billy was a loving brother and will be missed dearly. His kindness was witnessed by those who knew him. When going through his home after his death, I found the deep root of his love for SAHS. He had about 100 school themed hats, all his clothing was either red, black or a combination of those colors and even many oh his appliances were red! With every visit to St. Albans, Billy would always have a baseball cap with a "SA" emblem to bring home. I wear them regularly; and now they will always bring back fond memories of a loving brother and his lifelong love for SAHS and the friends he cherished. Rest in peace Billy, you were a special person and brother. Johnny Eades

Billy was a legend not just in St. Albans, but all over Kanahwa County. I have a lot of fond memories of BIlly's first few years at the high school. Ed Carter was his mentor on the baseball team leading him to other sports. Billy, I can't and won't say godd bye for we shall meet again one day my friend.

Tighten those helmet screws and wrap those ankles a lil tighter. Thanks for all you´ve taught me and being such a great friend. I´ll see you on that heavenly football field someday. RIP my friend. Equipment Brothers Forever
