Debbie was born December 2, 1953 and was the daughter of the late J.V. and Jean Sowards. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister; Iris Sowards Hager and brother; Doug Sowards.
She is survived by her brother-in-law; Henry Hager, niece; Milisa Sowards (Carlos)DeLeon, nephew; Hank (Beth) Hager and nephew; Stanley Young.
Honoring her request, there will be no service. Koontz Funeral Home in Hamlin, WV is assisting the family.
