Farrel Ratliff Obituary
She was a Christian, a life-long resident of Campbells Creek, a poet and arranged music.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Roy Ratliff; parents, Clarence and Rebecca Jane Dillard Washington; brothers, Tommy, Wesley, Jerome and Otto Washington and sister, Ruth Jones.
Surviving are her son, Marvin Lee Ratliff of Blount; daughter, Angela Leaha Brogan of DuPont City; brothers, Harry Wayne Washington of Mentor, Ohio and Darrell Washington of Blount; sister, Betty Stevens of Campbells Creek; grandchildren, Leaha, Brianna and Athena Brogan, Madison and Cadden Ratliff and great grandson, Damen Balser.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at Fidler and Frame Funeral Home, Belle. Interment will follow in Kanawha Valley Memory Gardens, Glasgow. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to service time at the funeral home on Tuesday.
