Janet Kirby Obituary
Janet was a beloved mom, sister, friend, granny, and wife, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Janet was born on June 27, 1947 in Charleston, WV. She was employed by Kroger for 38 years before retiring.
She lived a fulfilling life, touching the hearts of many along the way. She was known for her kindness and devotion to Jesus, which made her a cherished member of the community. She had a passion for cooking, traveling with friends, and her enthusiasm was contagious. She always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone she met.
Janet is survived by her husband Wesley Kirby, her sister Patty Shaffer (Orville), sister Susie Titlow, son Carl Baker (Anette), daughter Theresa Hudnall (Shawn), step-son Wes Kirby and a slew of grandchildren and great grandchildren who will cherish her memory forever.
Janet is preceded in death by her parents Dorothy and Edward Stapler, brother Rod Stapler, sister Debbie High (Danny), and son Jerry Baker.
A memorial service to honor and celebrate the life of Janet will be held on June 15th at Mount Calvary Baptist Church, 1509 Bigley Ave, Charleston, WV 25302. Visitation will begin at 1pm, and services will follow. Friends and family are invited to attend and pay their respects.

Janet was a beautiful loving lady. She will be missed by many. I pray for her husband and family in this sad time, but know Janet was a fighter and gave her all. God bless you Janet, one amazing Lady.
