Janiece Mack

ELLA JANIECE McMINN MACK, 82, of Ripley, went home to be with the Lord on November 5, 2025 at home with family.
She was born September 18, 1943 in Charleston to the late Edward and Mary McMinn and graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in 1961. She spent her career working as an administrative aid to the Legislative Manager with Legislative Services at the WV State Capitol.
Janiece loved the Lord deeply and lived her life in a way that reflected His love. Her faith was evident in her kindness, compassion, and the gentle way she touched the lives of those around her.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Larry Dean Mack and brother Charlie McMinn.
Her memory will forever be cherished by her daughter, Deana Halstead; son, Chris Mack, and daughter-in-law, Beth Mack; grandchildren, Hannah (Gregory), Drew (Raquel), and Ben (Allie); great-grandsons, Jude and Spencer; sisters Phyllis Mace and Evelyn Bailey (Terry), numerous nieces and nephews; and an abundance of other friends and family who were blessed to know Janiece and the light she shared.
A service to honor Janiece's life will be held at Waybright Funeral Home in Ripley on Tuesday, November 11 with Pastor Randy Ledsome officiating. Visitation will be held at 5 p.m., with a 6:30 p.m. service.
