John Workman Obituary
JOHN (J.B.) WORKMAN, 53, of Hansford passed away March 24, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles (Boonie) Workman and son, Logan Andrew Workman.
Surviving are his son, Brandon Workman (Sarah) of Oak Hill; mother, Carol Workman of Hansford; brother, Charlie (Robin) Workman of Chapin, SC; sister, Rose Hughes of St. Albans; grandsons, Austin, Waylon, Owen and Jaxson; nephew, Nick Hughes of St Albans; and niece, Cassidy Post of Irmo, SC.
John was an avid baseball fan. He was formally employed at Catenary Coal Company in Cabin Creek.
John will be laid to rest beside his son at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to go to Church of the Good Shepherd at 1203 Center St., Hansford, WV.
Service will be 2 p.m., April 5, 2024, at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery, WV with Fr. Stan Holmes officiating.
