Margie Carte Obituary
Margie was a graduate of Elkview High School. In her earlier days she sold Tupperware and held a lot of home interior parties for her friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents S. W. and Marie Byers; sisters, Barbara, Dorothy, and Shirley.
Margie leaves behind her husband of 63 years, Matthew (Preach) Carte; Matthew Jr.; daughter, Melanie (Mike) McKinney of Beckley, two grandsons, Bobby (PJ) and Coty Deahl, one great granddaughter, Miria Deahl of California, along with many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m., on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Hafer Funeral Home with Pastor Roy Boyd officiating.
Visitation will be from 12 - 1:30 p.m., on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Hafer Funeral Home.

Arrangements are in the care of Hafer Funeral Home, 50 North Pinch Road, Elkview, WV 25071.
