I only knew Norma for a short time, but she touched my heart, on my very first day of work. Norma had a way to make me laugh, some of the things she would say I've never heard before ever, and she always asked me if she made me laugh, I'd say yes Norma you do. When I heard she passed I immediately felt sad, but just knowing she's with her loved ones and she knows everyone gave me peace. RIP Norma, I'll always hold you dear to my heart!
