PAUL LEWIS TAYLOR JR., 45, of Scott Depot, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2019, at his residence. Memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, November 30, at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 405 B Street, St. Albans. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. prior to the memorial service. Bartlett - Nichols Funeral Home, family owned and located at 409 Sixth Ave., St. Albans, W.Va., is honored to serve the Taylor family.
