Robert Oxley Obituary
ROBERT RAY "BOB" OXLEY, SR., 89, of South Charleston passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at home.
Bob was a stone mason and enjoyed being outdoors, coon hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, great grandchildren, and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Elsie Pauley Oxley; son, Robert Ray Oxley, Jr.; son, Michael Scott Pugh; great grandson, Jacob Moreno.
Bob is survived by his wife of 66 years, Dottie Oxley; daughters, Barbara Moreno and Debra Elswick; son, Timothy Oxley, Sr.; brother, Bill Oxley; sister, Diane Roberts; 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Donald and Sharon Thomas.
Also, a special thanks to Joe Elswick.
Graveside service will be 2:30 p.m., Friday, October 31, 2025, at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston with Pastor Bill Oxley officiating.
