Sandra Barbara Lee Mann

SANDRA BARBARA LEE MANN, of Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2025 at Charleston Healthcare Center, following a long illness.
She was born on April 5, 1940 and was one of thirteen children. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Lorena Tucker and eleven of her siblings.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, James Noah "Jim" Mann, her son Scott Mann (Cindy) of Hurricane, granddaughter, Kailee McKenzie Mann, step-grandsons Seth Skiles, Jonah Skiles (Sydney) and step-great grandson Tucker. She is also survived by her sister Dorothy Spearen of Fayetteville, WV, sister in-laws Mazie Melton (Lin) of Chesterfield, VA, Sarah Horne of Givhans, SC, Ann Flint of Charleston, WV and brother in-law Forest Mann (Wilma) of Sissonville, WV.
As a homemaker, she diligently managed the Mann household and took great pride in preparing incredible meals. She was famous at family gatherings for her recipes for biscuits from scratch, fried chicken and meatloaf. She enjoyed cheering on WVU sports teams and was very passionate about antiquing, where she travelled many weekends to far reaching places, seeking rare Depression Era glassware. She was loved by all who met and knew her and will be missed dearly.
Memorial Service will be held at Cooke Funeral Home at 600 Old Fort Street in Cedar Grove, WV at Noon on Wednesday, October 22 with Pastor Gary Tucker officiating. Visitation shall be one hour prior, followed by a committal at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens chapel at Glasgow.
