William Osborne Obituary
He was born in Charleston, WV, to the late James Robert Osborne and Shirley Anne (Miller) Osborne. Bill graduated from George Washington High School and the WVU School of Journalism. He served in the US Army in Vietnam, from 1968 to 1970. After a career in advertising in Maryland and West Virginia, Bill joined the family business, Chemac Company, working there for 40 years and retiring in 2019.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Andrew Osborne. He is survived by his daughter, Erin Elizabeth Osborne; granddaughter, Arrillia "Ria" Anne Osborne; brothers, Jefferson (Marty) Osborne and Thomas Osborne; sister, Susie (Jeffrey) Kimble; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bill will be remembered for his sense of humor and kindness to others. There will be no service per his wishes.
