Edward Cornwell Obituary

Edward Lee Cornwell, also known as (Bud Cornwell) 84, of White Sulphur Springs, WV passed away Monday, September 29, 2025 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center. Born August 30, 1941 in Renick, WV he was the son of the late Ira and Flossie Cornwell. Bud was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and dear friend. He was a hard worker and one of the most generous people you could meet. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Cornwell, and two sons Mitchell Cornwell and Michael Cornwell. Bud was the grandfather of 5 grandchildren and was especially close to Benjamin Cornwell (Benny) and Samuel Cornwell (Sammy), who resided with him in White Sulphur Springs. Bud also has a surviving sister-in-law, Sharon Reynolds, who was a big part of Bud and Sandy's life. Bud was deeply loved by family and friends, and they will always cherish their time with him. Bud expressed before he passed away that he looked forward to being with his wife Sandy again in Paradise. Rest in Peace our dear Bud.
