Patsy Gale Holbrook

Patsy Gale (Anderson) Holbrook, 82, longtime resident of Itmann, had resided the last years of her life in the Beckley area, passed away on August 29, 2025 at the Ansted Center, Ansted, WV, after a recent decline in health.

Born March 23, 1943, in Haymond, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Edward Lee Jackson Anderson and Myrtle Virginia (Austin) Anderson.

Patsy was a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal faith.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, William Norman Holbrook, and her brothers, Ronnie Anderson, Sr. and Larry Anderson.

Those left to cherish her memory include her 6 children: two daughters, Robin England and her husband, Matt of Itmann, WV; Melissa Hallett and her husband, Marc of Huntington, WV; four sons, Timothy Holbrook and his wife, Leslie of Winston-Salem, NC; Christopher Holbrook of OH; Shawn Holbrook and his wife, Betty of Beckley, WV, wiith their four children and twenty great-grandchildren; Todd Holbrook and his wife, Ashley of Jacksonville, NC; grandchildren, Dakota England and Alexander (Eli) England of Itmann, WV; Eric Auen, Jr., Megan Auen, and Ethan Hallett of Huntington, WV; one great-grandchild; siblings, Douglas Raymond Anderson of Hyattsville, MD, and Diana Dickens of Beckley, WV.

Patsy will be cremated, and her services will be held at a later date.
