Heather Franks Obituary

Heather Annetta Franks 1971- Heather Annetta (Raybuck) Franks, 53, of Cheyenne died September 3rd at Davis Hospice Center after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born March 18, 1971 at the army base in Ft. Riley, Kansas to Philip and Elda Raybuck.

Heather graduated from Burns High School in 1989, LCCC in 1991, and UW in 2009.

Heather worked for the State of Wyoming as a Systems Technologist II.

Heather is survived by her two sons Nathan Franks and Alex Dolphay of Cheyenne; father Phil Raybuck (Cassandra) of Cheyenne; sister Elaine Hoem (Lee) of Cheyenne; sister Angela Raybuck of Cheyenne; brother Philip Raybuck (Tracy) of Burns; grandmother Annetta Carano of Ohio; nieces Tara Farner (Conner) and Ariana Foy of Cheyenne; nephews Tyler Raybuck, Brandon Foy, Reiley and Zachary Hoem all of Cheyenne; great niece Adlee Farner of Cheyenne; great nephew Michael Farner of Cheyenne and several aunts, uncles and cousins in Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her mother Elda Raybuck; grandmother Jean Raybuck; grandfather Joseph Carano; uncle Dave Raybuck.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Sept. 7th at 11 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS at 7721 Badger Rd.

Please wear purple to celebrate Heather's favorite color.
