XENIA — Christopher Perry II, age 70, transitioned this life on Monday, April3, 2017 at Pristine Senior Living, Xenia, Ohio. Christopher was born on May 15, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Christopher Perry I and Allyne P. Stewart. He graduated from Xenia High School in 1964. After graduating he enlisted in the United States Army and received an Honorable Discharge following the Vietnam War. He returned home to receive his Bachelors from Central State University. He worked and retired from DAP Inc. in Tipp City, Ohio after 34 years of service. Christopher was preceeded in death by his father, step-father and other relatives. He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, three daughters and one son; Sonya Bellamy Young, Philadelphia, Pa.Tonya (Phillip) Perry-Turner, Xenia, Ohio, and LaJean Perry of Houston, Texas; Christopher Perry III, Chicago, Illinois; Five grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Service for Christopher Perry II will be held on April 8, 2017 at Zion Baptist Church, 565 East Main Street Xenia, Ohio at 11 a.m. with Pastor Gary Chapman officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Porter-Qualls-DunlapFuneral Home.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to you and your family during this difficult Time. I hope the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring you some comfort. Just knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.
