Rochester, NY: On December 28, 2014 after a brief illness. Survived by her children; Eryn J.M. (Mesut Eren) Gallipeau, Jamie Gallipeau and Dani Cooper. Along with her foster children that she loved and cared for over the years. Sister and brother; Jill (Jerry)Trippe and Jim Gallipeau. Grandchildren; Juan and Emre. Aunt's and Uncle's; Sis (Hank) Karnisky, Bud (Kay) Flanagan, Joan Cannioto and Jim Flanagan. Niece and nephew Conor and Caris Trippe and special angel in heaven Christopher Lembo.
No Prior Calling. All are invited to Leanne's Memorial Mass this Saturday January 3rd at 10:00 in St. Thomas More Church (East Ave.) Interment private. Arr. DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc.

Leanne, you gave so much of your heart to many. We will miss you and know that we are watching over those you took under your love and guidance. Heaven is a brighter place but our world is a little darker with you gone. It was a joy knowing you. God Bless you always.

I haven't seen Leanne in many years but we caught up on facebook. She was a wonderful person with such a big heart and the world will be less without her. Please accept my condolences on your loss and I hope there is a crowd for her because Leanne touched many people.

The Lord found a lost sheep, blinded and hurt, he made it wander for a few short years and led it on a journey to an angel. That angel saved not only that blind, hurt lost sheep but all the ones she could. The path that my mom led was something I can only hope to learn from, I miss you mom and your grandkids love and miss you, from all my family thank you for you kind and heartfelt words.

Leanne always held a special place in my heart. Even though we were busy with our own families, when we would see each other, it was like time stood still and we were kids at grandma's house again. I will always treasure the memories we had growing up, and the times we spent together. I know she is resting in the arms of our Savior, but I will miss her very much. Our love and prayers to Jill, Jimmy, her children, and grandchildren.
