Deana and Family,
I loved helping Hilda with the preschoolers in Sunday School years ago. She was so good with kids, and they loved her. You, Alex, and Chris Stone were in the first class I remember, and you were Alex's first "crush". Hilda was fun to be around, with her dry sense of humor, and she had such a loving spirit. She is and will be missed by all of us at Shady Grove. I know that you and Eric have lots of memories to share with Andy and Daniel about Hilda and Larry, and I know from experience that sharing those memories will comfort you, and will help those little boys feel that they "know" their grandparents.

Deana, I am so sorry to hear about your mother. Hilda was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known. I so loved coming to your house and especially clogging in the basement. We had so many fun times and your Mom and Dad were so much fun and loving. My heart goes out to you and your family. God bless and comfort you now and in the days ahead.
