Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to Yvonne, JoAnne and family.
Ardie will be greatly missed. As friends we will remember the great times we had together antiquing and just spending some vacation time together with her and Vern. We will miss those after church breakfast each Sunday morning. Ardie's faith was strong and she died knowing that she would soon be joined in heaven with family members who preceded her in death.

Dear Vonnie and JoAnne,
My heart goes out to you at this time of loss. And yet I know that your mom was fully prepared to be with your dad. Although it has been at the most difficult of times, I am grateful to have had the privilege of knowing Vern and Ardie. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. All of God's blessings,

Words cannot express how very much Ardoth meant to my family and myself. She was more than Dr. Hamme's nurse, she was a great friend and person, one whom will be sadly missed but happily and lovingly remembered.

My dearest sympothy to the Gentzler family, Ardie, was a very compasonite woman, I was cut pretty bad from a car accident years ago, and she was a neighbor and we didn't have much money in those days and she told me to come into dr. hamme's office and take a look. She cleaned the wound's and bandaged them on her own for weeks and I was just a neighbor hood youth to her. She will go down as a very caring person and we loved them as neighbors on forrest street. Dave and Linda Glatfelter in Vegas she will be in a place where she can be at peace a wonderfull lady Dave

Ardoth gave me my first shot at Dr. Hamme's back in 1974. We visited her every year at the fair and it just was not the same without her this year. She was such a nice and genuine person and will be missed.

Dear Family,
I was sadden to learn of Ardie's death, although I had visited with her in July after learning of her illness.
I worked with Ardie over 20 years at the York Fair. She was a wonderful person. After my parents death in 1988 & 1989 she was there for me and visited at my house. My husband & I held her & Vern with very high respect. Our deepest sympathy is with your family during this time.
Love & Prayers,
Donna Throne
