Mother Hoke oh how we miss you. God has made a special place for you because of what all you have done while on earth. You were such a giving person and even though for years we told you that you should just give to little ones you did what you wanted to do any way. For that so many people will know the magnitude of all the gift giving at Christmas and their birthdays. For us it wasn't about giving gifts it was your love. That was the happiest day of my life the day you told your son you loved him. He knew that you did but to hear it come from you was the best thing. And as you know when you told me I cried because it felt so good to hear. As for Phil he is making out okay and as you protected him in life we will watch out for him until you two meet again. We wish you were here with us but not to suffer. As you know for your birthday we put your favorite flowers in church, sunflowers and carnations. They were beautiful, I fixed a vase up for them. Thursday's and Sunday's are the most difficult for us because we knew you would be visiting. So we look for you to walk in the door and then it doesn't happen. The baby finally came. The day after your celebration for life Slade Wil Moore was born 8lbs 2.2oz. What a bitter sweet time it all was. The grandbabies will always know who their grammy was. Their will be know more (grammy's) in this family. We will watch over Phil until we are all together again. Until then we love you and miss you and know when it is our time you will be at the gate with your arms outstreached to welcome us to the mansion.
With all our love

Dear Family,
Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.
Barb was very close to the Lord and now she will again be with her Mom and Dad and other loved ones.
Barb was my first babysitter.
Every birthday and holiday she and Motts (as we called her Mom) would spoil my brother and me) These memories we hold close to our hearts. We lived on a special street called Chestnut St where all the neighbors were like family.
We were very fortunate to have the Lintons and the Stableys in our life.
Barb's life was filled with the love from the Lord, her beloved son, grandchildren, husband, family and many friends. It was a life well lived. Barb you will be missed by many my dear friend.
In love,
Kathie Stackhouse Berardone
