Bernice Stough Obituary
W. Manchester Twp.
Bernice M. Stough, 71, died Wednesday at her residence after a long battle with cancer. She was the wife of the late Clair J. Stough.
The visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at St. Jacob's U.C.C., 100 East George St., York New Salem. The memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Judy Clark officiating.
Bernice was born in York Haven on April 8, 1945, a daughter of the late Robert and Alice (Warner) Ferree. She had worked for Rentzel's Auction service.
She is survived by her children, Scott M. Stough and wife, Stacey L. of York, Kevin C. Stough and wife, Deborah M. of East Berlin, and Darla S. Clark and husband, Wesley of York. Three grandchildren, John Stough and wife, Jennifer N., Cassandra R. DeLaRonde and husband, Robert W., and Weston B. Clark.
A great-grandson, Camden J. Stough. Two brothers, Glen Ferree of Manchester and Dale Ferree of Lewisberry. Three sisters, Barbara Conley of York, Helen Ross of York Haven, and Brenda Shaffer of Etters. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Audrey Ferree and Lois Ferree; a brother, Raymond Ferree; a niece, Amy Shaffer; and a nephew, Steve Ferree.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Community Care, 224 St. Charles Way Suite 200, York PA 17402.
