Dorothy Leber Obituary
York - Dorothy I. Leber, 101, of York, died on January 20, 2021 at Manor Care North. Born in Delroy on December 27, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Martha (Crumling) Paules. She was the wife of the late Clair E. Leber, Sr.
Dorothy was a homemaker and a practical nurse. She worked at Sears in the York County Shopping Center at the hot dog stand. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Yorkana and was a member of the Kreutz Creek Valley VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 7045.
Dorothy is survived by four children, Jane Graham of York, Connie Workinger and her husband Daryl of Red Lion, Dennis Leber and companion Thelma Filbey of York, and Robert Leber and his wife Linda S. of York; ten grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; fourteen great great grandchildren; and two brothers, William and Ronald Paules. She was preceded in death by a son, Clair, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Linda E. Leber; son-in-law, Terry Graham and a grandson, Jan Graham, three siblings David Paules, Annabelle Flaharty and Lucy Forry.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, 5 Main Street, Yorkana, PA 17406.

A very nice lady who always treated me kindly when I came to visit my friend Dennis at their home. I remember seeing her at the hotdog stand in the shopping center....always a smile !

Mrs. Leber was always kind to me when I visited her home. I remember sitting at the kitchen table with the family and laughing till my sides hurt. I am quite sure her family will miss her dearly . For her family and friends ,,, I am sorry for your loss. May she now rest in peace.
