Frank E. Ritch

YORK Frank E. Ritch, 80, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2014, at Manor Care Dallastown. He was the husband of the late Joyce E. (Brenneman) Ritch. Mr. Ritch was born in Kingston, N.Y. on September 13, 1933, son of the late E. Atlee and Ruth A. (Newkirk) Ritch. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was employed as an Accountant for the former AMF and Harley-Davidson, retiring in 1994. He was a member of Saint David's E.C. Church, Dover, and the Shiloh American Legion Post 791. Survivors include two daughters, Wendy L. Linden and her husband, John of York, and Rebecca "Becky" A. Bair and her husband, Rodney of Dover; four stepchildren, Lorri Julius of Dover, Kim Brenner of Manheim, Angelique Druck of York, and Sherri Skelton of Lewisberry; eight grandchildren; 11 step grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; 10 step great-grandchildren; a brother, Bruce Ritch of North Carolina; and a sister, Jacqueline Stiles of Connecticut. He was preceded in death by a brother, William Ritch; and two sisters, Betty Ann Smith and Ruth Ellen Gradia. All services will be private at the convenience of the family.
