Kathryn I. Campbell

Kathryn I. (Ruth) Campbell, 89, formerly of Harrisburg, died January 13, 2005, at the York County Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Fay E. Campbell. Mrs. Campbell was born September 6, 1915, in Indianapolis, Ind., daughter of the late Bert and Julia (Daughtery) Ruth. She had worked at the former Food Fair in York and also the Acme Market in Harrisburg for 27 years. She is survived by a stepdaughter, Joyce Shaffer of New Cumberland; two grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four sisters, Mercedes Henry, Ada Sowers, Lois Eppley and Vesta Frigm. There will be no viewing. A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Rose Cemetery, 1502 Mt.
