Skip: A year has passed. There is not one day that I do not think of you and Dad, at some point in the day. Thank you for letting me know that you are o.k. So quickly you passed and I worried that you were o.k. You helped me thru that and I am so very grateful. Your memory is always alive with your family as we think of you, and recall our fond memories of time spent with you. love you always, mary

At the funeral the pastor said to pick one charactistic of Uncle Skip that you liked or admired, I gave it some thought and have decided to take his laugh with me through life, it was so unique and infectious. You will always be remembered and greatly missed. Love always, Teresa, Ryan, Bryce & Abby

Skip: Son, Brother, Dad, Grandpa, Friend... We all miss you ! It has been a week now since your death. The days have not been easy ones. You are in our thoughts, and prayers. Your passing was far too soon, and quick... There was so much we would like to tell you, yet it was not our timing, but God's timing. We cannot question that. You would have suffered even more pain had you stayed here, so we work on Missing you, Yet letting you go... I know you are with Rudy, and Dad, probably telling some fishing stories... We will always remember you as a terrific Brother, and friend... mary e. (holtzapple) richardson...
