Sarah Kopp Obituary
York
Sarah A. (Fox) Kopp, 89, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Country Meadow of York-South. She was the wife of Max L. Kopp to whom she was married for 61 years.
A Graveside Service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Windsor Cemetery. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Dr. Leon C. Via III. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc, 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements.
Born May 22, 1928 in Windsor, she was a daughter of the late Ira and Carrie (Runkle) Fox. She was a graduate of William Penn High School - Class of 1947.
She was employed as a bank teller for 38 years with various banks in the Red Lion area.
A former member of the Windsor United Methodist Church, she enjoyed shopping and loved family time, especially spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Kopp is survived by three sons, Gregory E. Kopp and wife, Gina, Max L. Kopp, Jr., and wife, Julie and Randy L. Kopp and wife, Donna; seven grandchildren, Max Kopp III, Chloe Kopp, Damon Kopp, Corrine Kopp, Amber Ilg , Heather Nugent and Olivia Frank; eight great-grandchildren, Cameron, Holden, Laiken, Sonny, Tenley, Rylee, Mason and Lily; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by five siblings.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

I work at Country Meadows and I got to meet Sarah and Max they were a very good couple they loved each other a lot and now they are together. Sarah was so nice to all of us down at Country Meadows. I will miss them both

Sarah was a special lady, who always made others feel special. She didn't miss a thing, and always made others aware of their gifts. Sarah was a person who all her working career went above and beyond. Customers at the bank would wait in a longer line just to have Sarah wait on them.
I feel blessed to have known Sarah, and her husband Max. Prayers and love to their loving family.
