Tarrence was educated through the York City School District and was a graduate of William Penn Sr. High School, Class of 1990. He was known to be a "good guy" and a hard worker. He was a forklift operator at Syncreon, York.

(Kelvin) Banks and Tabitha A. Carter, both of York and DiShaya R. Kent of GA.; a niece and nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Tarrence was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wilbur and Eartha Lee Carter; and maternal grandparents, Maggie Bibbins and Tucker Fitchett.
A viewing is scheduled for Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 8–10 a.m. at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 629 S. Pershing Ave., York PA 17401 and a service will follow immediately at 10 a.m. with Rev. Mark K. Kearse, Pastor officiating. Burial will be at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, York, PA.
