I tried for years to find Bill. Found a few William Eberly's who were not him. Served with him at Biloxi. Sorry to hear that I'll not get to catch up with him on the past years. We were very good friends, keeping touch until we were discharged, then life happened. Last I saw him was in Memphis, he was on his way home to York. Condolences to his family. I will remember him fondly for the rest of my life.

Bill was a good neighbor and could make me laugh a lot when we talked. We will miss him as we miss his dear wife.
