Wanda Ruth Kyle A memorial service celebrating the life of Wanda Ruth Kyle, 80, of Bluff Dale, Texas was held at 2 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2022 with the Rev. Kenneth Coleman officiating. Wanda Kyle passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Holland, Texas on December 6, 1942, the daughter of Obie Mandy (Pace) and Joe Jackson Lawson. Wanda met Charles Kyle on April Fools Day in 1973 and they were married in July of that same year. She and Charles travelled all over the United States. Wanda was an artist and loved to paint. She was an avid gardener of all things: fruits, vegetables, and flowers, especially her roses and irises. Her love of travel, art, and gardening was only surpassed by her love of family. She gave us a lifetime of love, laughter, and forgiveness and she will forever be with us in spirit. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and seven sisters. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Charles Kyle; children, Deloras McCrary, Norma Sadler, Butch Kyle, and R. W. Kyle; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
