Carol Grindel Obituary
September 24,1945 - April 6, 2023
Carol J Grindel passed away on April 6, 2023, surrounded by her daughters, son-in law and granddaughters. Carol was born in Illinois, her family relocated to Lemon Grove, California where she grew up.
Carol enjoyed water skiing, gymnastics and dance. Later she moved to Yuma and became a Real Estate Broker. Carol was a member of the Yuma Association of Realtors for over 40 years, she was on number of committees at the local level and served for many years at the Arizona Association of Realtors on the Professional Standards Committee. Carol was loved and appreciated by her family, friends, co-workers, and clients she worked with.
Carol was preceded in death by her (parents) Ronald and Shirley Lewis, (Brother) Barry Lewis, (Sister) Kathleen Lewis, (son-in-law) Jack Nemeth. And survived by her (Children) Ronald Grindel, Deborah Gurrola, Shirley Grindel and (son-in-law) Silviano Sanchez, (Grandchildren) Marcus and Alec Gurrola, Alexis and Mckenna Grindel-Sanchez, (Great-Grandchildren) Luke and Mia Gurrola.
Celebration of Life to be held Friday, June23rd From 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon at the Yuma Association of Realtors Office Located at 290 S. 1st Avenue, Suite B.

I have known Carol for many many years . She became my trusted realtor and over time also a friend . Carol had a big heart was honest and reliable . I enjoyed our friendship and fun lunches . I´m so sad she has passed and she surely will be missed by many . My condolences to Catols family .

I got acquainted with Carol when she managed my rental property. She was always on top of her game. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to share her landlord knowledge with me. She was a fine lady! My condolences to her family and friends. May she rest in peace.
