Diane and Sheri, I will always carry in my heart the fondest memories of your sister and mom. Claudette loved her family and friends so deeply and Phil and I were so Blessed to be called her friends. We saw Claudette and her mom in El Charro a few days before we moved and had a great visit. We are saddened to here of her passing but knowing she is reunited with the Love of her Life Jimmy should make us all feel better. She missed him everyday. Diane,my little friend,I can surely say I know how much you will miss your sister as I miss mine everyday and her wonderful laughter. Sheri, sweet girl, I know your heartsick right now and will be for a long time as you and your mom were so close. I'll always remember catching a ride with you and Claudette to California years ago. We drove all night and talked the whole way. 500 miles and there was never a quiet moment. I know you and your Aunt Diane will find comfort in your memories of your beautiful mama. Sending our Love and Prayers across the miles. Donna & Phil Warren

We had a beautiful memorial/Celebration of Life today here in our home. There were 61 family members and dear friends. Both Claudette's and my brother Denny spoke and did the memorial service that I am sure that you are proud of. Lori, Christina and myself spoke of our love for you. Christina and Lori also spoke on Valerie's behalf. I told several tales of our years as sisters, the laughter and the fun that we shared. All we ever had to do was look at each other and the giggling would begin. She was a true blessing and I am so proud to be able to say she was my sister! She is with Jim now and finally at peace and no more pain. Love you Sis and now you can play your pranks in Heaven, You played many on me. haha Watch over and help your girls sad hearts to heal. We love you! Diane and Bruce

We called each other "sister" for 50 years...we both agreed that "Best Friend" was too weak for what our hearts felt. We never let the miles keep us apart...we had almost daily phone calls for all those years. I can't count the hours she spent at my bedside during many hospital stays. She always saw to it that my needs were met by medical staff. She treated my girls like they were her own, and I know how sad they are with her passing. I miss you so much my dear friend, but look forward to the future when we can share our 1,000's of laughs again. I LOVE YOU, SIS!!!

God saw as you were getting tired
A cure was not to be
So he wrapped his arms around you
and whispered 'Come with Me'
With tearful eyes
We watched you suffer
And saw you fade away
Although we loved you dearly
We could not make you stay
A golden heart stopped beating
Hard working hands laid to rest
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best
