Gary Foy Obituary
Gary Foy, 78, passed Friday, July 8, at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital, Phoenix.
Gary was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota and moved to Yuma in 1964. Friends remember him as an on-air personality at KBLU, an Arizona Western College professor of business (1967-98) and a regular at the local speedways where his broad smile, gregarious nature and outlandish style were a Gary Foy trademark. He also loved golfing, bowling and was an avid Matadors fan.
Gary is survived by his wife, Marie Foy, children, Debbie Thomas (Chris), Scott Foy, Rob Boyd (Tracy), Twila Boulton (Kevin), Sherrie Young (Walt), Deanna Crump, Lisa Keaton (Steve), 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, brothers, Tami Foy, Jan Foy and 3 nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Yuma Mortuary, 775 S. 5th Ave on July 14, with a viewing at 9:00 a.m., service at 11:00 a.m. and reception to follow.

I am sorry to learn of Gary's death. He was a first cousin and although we hadn't seen each other in 65 years I will remember a trip to Florida my aunt Winnie and Gary took with my family. It was such fun.

Sorry to hear of Mr Foy's passing. I had him for ateacher at San Pasqual he was such a nice man. So sorry for your loss.

Gary was a fun professor in class. Had lots of life experience. He was so nice to my mom Mary Stewart the RN at AWC for twenty years. I wish his family the best.

I am so sad for your family's great loss. I didn't know Gary, but I knew his daughter Lisa well. I've known her for almost 16 years. She is a fine lady so he must have been a good father. I know she loved him dearly. My prayers go out to his family. May he RIP.
