Jerry Leonard Chapman, age 89, of Yuma, AZ, passed away Sept. 26, 2025 in Yuma, AZ.
Jerry was a Fire Fighter, born on Sept. 22, 1936 in Wewoka, OK.
Funeral Service will be at Sunset Vista Funeral Home on Oct. 8, 2025 at 10:00 am.
Burial will be at Sunset Vista Cemetery October 9, 2025 at 11:00 am.
Arrangements were entrusted to and handled by Sunset Vista Funeral Home and Cemetery.

Dear Brenda - I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember your Dad fondly as his contagious smile was so welcoming to us when we visited. My dad (William Thomas Ryan) and mom (Susie to all of you) and all of the boys looked forward to our visits - Beautiful memories of our childhood made possible by our parents, now all resting with the Lord.
