Ron is survived by his father, Roger (Lupe) Gist; brother, John Cranford; sister, Amy Gist (Ernie Jordan); daughter, Miranda Ferguson, and grandson, Levi Jordan.
Ron is proceeded in death by his mother, Hazel Marie Gist; grandparents, Roger (Leola) Gist, Woodrow(Elizabeth) Thorn, and cousins, Robert and Johnny Weathersby.

Miranda, Amy and Roger, Sorry for you loss. We have plenty wonderful memories with Ronald.
I came home from work one day there was Ronald with our boys and our nephew sitting on our sofa petting a chicken. The boys were laughing and told look behind you mom. I turned and there in a upside down laundry basket were to more wild chickens Ronald and the boys caught and stuffed them in this made up cage. Ronald will truly be missed.
