Dave and Rosie Bay were wonderful people and great church leaders. They shared good will widely and helped many quietly in the way Jesus taught. Since their passing there is a great hole in Cumberland which will not and cannot be easily filled. May God bless those whom they loved and helped. May they rest until that great reunion day.

Rosie was such a beautiful person. Her and Dave welcomed me into there home and thier hearts. I was looking for a place to hunt but I got so much more than that. I will miss our talks and her encouragement she gave me to have a relationship with Jesus. I am blessed to have become part of the family. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.
