Gerald Tedder Obituary
of Glendale, Arizona passed away Thursday, November 27, 2008 at the Odessey Hospice Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. Gerald was born in San Raphael, California, November 1, 1944 and has lived in the Phoenix Valley since 1947. He served in the Vietnam conflict from 1964 - 1965 and was awarded the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star Medal w/V for Valour. He worked as a drywall hanger and Supervisor and was 17 years as Operations Supervisor for Bob's Meat Company. He will be forever in the hearts of his wife, Francine and her four children; Daniel, Michael (Sheila), John (Lauren), and their children, Samuel and Jacob; and Melonie, who was like his own daughter (Eric), and their daughter, Darian; his son Ronald (Melody) and son Justin; daughter, Christine, and her son, Austin. He also leaves behind two devoted brothers; Robert (Mae) and their son, Jimmy; William (Sue) and four loving sisters; Dorothy, Helen, Ramona and Diane. Services will be held Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 1pm at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona; 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85023. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to service time. A reception to follow immediately after the service at 1663 W. Monte, Mesa, AZ 85202. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made
in the name of Gerald L. Tedder to IWMF -International Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia Foundation -3932 D Swift Fr., Sarasota, FL 34231-6541. Arrangements are entrusted to Lakeshore Mortuary, Mesa.

My Brother Gerald, May you rest in Moms loving arms and find peace at last. I will always love you and miss you. No matter how far away we were from each other, I knew you loved me as much as I loved you. You were my rock and my laughter and my heart. Good bye dear soul.

At Glendale High I remember Gerald as a fun loving guy that you liked being around. He still had that humor at our 40th reunion. He will be missed.
