Linda Blake Obituary

AUBURN < Linda Rene Blake, 47, of Niles, died Friday, Nov. 23, 2007 at St. Joseph"s Hospital, in Syracuse, following a long illness. Linda was born Aug. 27, 1960, in Frankfort, Germany, was raised in Waterloo and lived in Niles for several years. She attended Cayuga Community College and was a nurse"s aide for Willard State Hospital until her illness. She is survived by her husband, Tim Blake, of Niles; sons, Anthony Roe, of Clyde and Ray Greening, of Niles; daughter, Cinnamon Greening, of Locke; two grandchildren, Jada and Brian; her parents, Charles and June Moss, of Waterloo; two brothers, Charles Moss Jr. and Brian Moss, both of Waterloo; and her mother-in-law, Arlene "Ma" Blake, of Moravia. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, at the Wade Funeral Home, 22 Church St., Moravia. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery, Niles. Calling hours will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to New Hope Fire Department Rescue or Four Town First Aid Squad.
