Dorothy Hudson Obituary

WEEDSPORT/CLIFTON SPRINGS < Dorothy L. Goodman Hudson, 81, died peacefully at home Dec. 8, 2007, in Weedsport. Dorothy was born July 25, 1926, in Clifton Springs, the daughter of the late Delbert and Ella Goodman. She enjoyed painting and puzzles. Dorothy was a loving sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Family was the most important thing in Dorothy"s life. Dorothy is survived by her children, Janice (Robert) Guyett, of Weedsport, Barbara (Richard) Scibona, of Seneca Falls, Ken (Mary) Hudson, of North Carolina; grandchildren, Dorie, Doug, Don, Debbie, Joey, Bridget, Kenny and Josh; great-grandchildren, Rachel, Gabrielle, Sherri, Jessica, Doug Jr., Amber, Christopher, Derek, Nicholas, Eden, Preston, Skylar, Becca, Savannah and Jonah; great-great-grandchildren, Kaliegh, Landon, Alexis and Kameron; sister, Honor Cooley, of Clifton Springs; brother, Robert (Sandy) Goodman, of Albany. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Raymond in 1993. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no prior calling hours. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Pioneer Cemetery in the spring. Friends may contribute to the Weedsport Fire Department in Dorothy"s memory.
