Ann, Ricky & Karen, & Mickey & Resia, I am so sorry that for your loss, I didn't learn about it until this morning, he was such a wonderful person, he and James were so close for so many years especially, they loved putting up Christmas lights and also their gardens. This candle will be lit with love and prayers for your loss. Bob was a awesome man!!!! I have so many great memories since I was a child and being neighbors for so long. Bob and dad seeing who could put the Christmas lights up first and I will never forget about the snake Bob had put up to keep the birds away. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you!!!! Bobby Brackeen Bobby Brackeen, age 77, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, March 7, 2011 at his home. Mr. Brackeen was born April 18, 1933 in Paris, Texas. He was a retired Electrical Contractor and a member of Hampton Road Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents, Noah and Nora Brackeen. He is survived by his wife: Ann Brackeen of Texarkana, Texas; one son and daughter-in-law: Rick and Karen Brackeen of Texarkana, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law: Resia and Mick Wooten of Mesquite, Texas; two sisters: Vivian Enlow of Paris, Texas; LaReece Maggard of Powderly, Texas; three grandsons: Brett Wooten of Wylie, Texas; Russ Brackeen of Nash, Texas, Max Brackeen of El Dorado, Arkansas ; one step grandson: Quentin Green of Texarkana, Texas; eight great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives: Funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Wednesday at Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Monholland officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 P. M.T
