Peggy,

I was so sad to hear that Bill passed away. I will always remember the wonderful times I had with your family at Southside. You two were instrumental in my teenage years and I will never forget you. You are in my prayers.

We have such fond memories of Bill from our high school years. He was liked by everyone and was great in many sports. Bill had a cute, shy way about himself that won everyones hearts.

He will surely be missed by his friends and relatives. We know God will welcome him with open arms.

God's Blessings to all,

Raola (Moffett) & Ernie Rice - Florida
