Allyn Edgar Obituary

Allyn "Lyn" Bradshaw Edgar Kalamazoo Allyn "Lyn" Edgar, age 84, died peacefully September 24, 2008 at her home. She was born December 8, 1923 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Allan Bronson and Gwendolyn Bradshaw. Learn more about Lyn, view her Life Story Film and visit with family and friends while sharing some light refreshments on Sunday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Life Story Funeral Home, Betzler-Kalamazoo, (800) 822-7594, where a scripture service will be held at 7:30 p.m. that evening. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Food and fellowship will follow the Mass in the church hall. Lyn was preceded in death by her sons: Kevin Edgar in 1998 and Michael Edgar in 2000. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Robert Edgar; her children: Victoria (Karl) Erickson of Kalamazoo, Tim Edgar of Kalamazoo, Todd Edgar of Kalamazoo, John Edgar of Centreville and Robert (Connie) Edgar of Valrico, FL; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
