Gordon Marvin Culp Battle Creek Gordon Marvin Culp, 72, of Battle Creek, MI, died Saturday, October 11, 2008 at Lifespan Good Samaritan Hospice Residence in Battle Creek, MI. He was born February 6, 1936 in Augusta, MI, the son of Ivan Culp and Hazel (Brodeur) Culp. He was employed at M & R Tooling and Engineering, Eaton Manufacturing and Foundation for Behavior Resources. Gordon is survived by Wife of 27 Years: Jackie A. (Hutchins) Culp; Sons: Marvin Culp of Union, OH, Steven Culp of Union City, MI and Jeffrey McConville of Battle Creek, MI; Daughters: Judy Anderson of Hastings, MI and Julie Ann LaRochelle of Battle Creek, MI; Sister-in-law: Gloria Culp of Battle Creek, MI; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his Parents and Brothers: Gerald and Gilbert Culp. Gordon was a member of the Eagles Lodge for many years, an avid golfer and bowler. An open house in Gordon's memory will be held at his home on Saturday, October 18, 2008 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Memorial tributes may be made to Lifespan Good Samaritan Hospice.
