Dear Mr and Mrs Rice,Bob and Debbie and family: I just found out that Jeff passed on and I'm very sorry for your loss. Life can be so unfair sometimes and I hope that your Faith is giving you comfort in this time of mourning. I truly believe that Jeff is in peace and that all of the struggles that challenged him in this life are over and he can rest now.
