Treva Moray Obituary

Treva Elizabeth Moray Concord, NH Treva Elizabeth Moray, age 94, formerly of Michigan, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2009 at the Presidential Oaks in Concord, NH. Treva was born in Lima, Ohio on July 11, 1914 to the late Cecil and Ilene (Bailey) Hover. She was raised and educated in Battle Creek, Michigan graduating from Battle Creek High School. After moving to New Hampshire she worked as the office manager for the Concord Fire Extinguisher Service Co. Treva was a member of the Lake Sunapee Yacht Club and the Lake Sunapee Country Club. She enjoyed bridge with family and friends, golf, and eating out at New York City restaurants. Treva's surviving family members include her son, Peter H. Moray of Onaway, MI; her daughter, Elizabeth Burt and husband Frederick G. of Oxbow, VT; her 2 sisters: Mary Jean Bentley of Waynesboro, GA and Catherine McKanic of Concord, MI; and her granddaughter, Alice Elizabeth Burt. She was predeceased by her husband, Norman R. Moray Jr. in 2002 and her son, Samuel B. Moray in 1996. There will be no calling hours.
