Gary Kershner Obituary

Gary James Kershner Sherwood Gary James Kershner, age 34 of Sherwood and Phoenix, AZ, passed away Friday, July 10, 2009 at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born on March 23, 1975 in Sturgis, MI to Ronald and Betty (Whitley) Kershner Johnson. He graduated from Factoryville Christian Bible School. He was an active member of the Gateway Inner City Church of God in Phoenix, AZ. He is survived by his parents; stepfather, Byron Johnson of Battle Creek, and stepmother, Donna Kershner of Sherwood; a sister, Angela (Richard) Brush of Bellevue, MI; a brother Robert (Erin) Kershner of Milton, FL; and one nephew, Richard N. Brush of Bellevue, MI. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 16th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Spencer Family Funeral Home in Athens. A Memorial Service will be on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. David Mackaluso officiating. Burial Sherwood Cemetery.
