I am sorry to hear the news of Jeff's passing. As a friend growing up in the Post district my brother Tom and myself would hang out with Jeff and play together. Jeff had a way of making anyone smile no matter who they were. My family and I will keep Jeff and his family in our prayers. I only know he is in a better place while looking down on his family each and every day until they join him again. Jeff you will be sadly missed.

I am sending condolences and prayers to the family of Jeff Staib, and sincere regrets in regard to his untimely passing.
I lived in the neighborhood from 1987 to 2003, and my daughter and her children still live there.
Whenever I saw Mr. Staib in the yard, he would always wave a friendly wave and smile.
I am truly sorry for your loss.

As a child I remember going and checking the mail and calling out to Jeff "Howdy neighbor!!" he'd retort in his upbeat way "Howdy" with a smile and a wave. I am sad for the family that lost this great man. He always seemed to have a smile on his face and such a positive love for life.

Having spent many years growing up with Jeff, Mike and Rocky, we were like brothers and I part of the Staib family. I was taken back hearing about Jeff’s passing this week. I remember many great times and adventures, and will always. My heartfelt thoughts go out to the Staib family.
