Won Swayzer Obituary

Won Suk (Hwa Sook Kim) Swayzer Kalamazoo Won Suk (Hwa Sook Kim) Swayzer, 58, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at her home in Kalamazoo. She was born December 10, 1950 in Seoul, Korea the daughter of Tae Kyung Kim and Bong Hee Lee. She married Robert L. Swayzer on January 20, 1976 in Seoul, Korea. Won Suk had good feelings toward everyone that she met. She was very out going. Won Suk and her husband, Bob, would sit outside and watch the world go by. Won Suk was a Buddhist and she was very kind and sincere. Won Suk is survived by her husband, Robert L. Swayzer; brother and sister, Chang Han and In Sook; special nephew and niece, Charles and Grace Kim; step-daughters, Robin Crawley and Brenda Shields; sister-in-laws, Minnie Swayzer, Carolyn Swayzer; brother-in-law, Keith Swayzer; 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Kyung Han and Jung Han. Visitation will be held at Bachman Hebble Funeral Service on Wednesday from 4 - 6 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. at Bachman Hebble Funeral Service. Burial will be in Fort Custer National Cemetery on Friday. Memorial tributes may be made to Visiting Nurse & Hospice Services-Borgess.
