Dear Akers,
What a tremendous loss. I have not seen Diana in a great many years, but she was a lovely woman and I am saddened by her passing. We lived on Country Club Terrace, so there were many shared bus rides the among the Brushes and the Akers. I pray for your peace.

Mrs. Aker, David & Debbie,
I was shocked and saddened to read of the passing of Diana. She and I had lost touch for several years, however, found each other again and were corresponding via email for several months. Please accept my sincerest condolences and know that you are in my thoughts & prayers.
